For Canadian addresses, standard shipping takes 5-8 business days, and express shipping takes 3-6 business days. These timeframes are estimates and start after the order processing period.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $89.99 within the United States and Canada. For orders under $89.99, standard shipping costs $6.99 for US addresses and $8.99 for Canadian addresses.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can click the tracking link in that email or log into your account on our website to track the status of your delivery.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. We require a physical address for delivery.

Order & Returns

Once you receive the RMA number, package the unused and unopened item in its original packaging and include the RMA number with your return. Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer service team.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as you receiving an incorrect or defective item). If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label.
