At BUBBLY SCENTS LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures and requirements for processing refunds.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Sample-sized products
  • Products marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable"
  • Products that have been opened, used, or had their seals broken
  • Personalized or custom-made items

Refund Process

To initiate a refund:

  1. Contact our customer service team at sales@bubblyscent.com or call us at (210) 323-9741 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Package the item securely with the original packaging and include your order number and the RMA number.
  3. Ship the item to the return address provided by our customer service team.

Refund Timeframe

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
  • Depending on your credit card company or financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective merchandise:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and process a full refund including shipping costs, or ship a replacement item at our discretion.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the timeframe specified above:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  • If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact our customer service team.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
