Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Destinations

Scent Curate LLC currently ships to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations outside of the USA and Canada at this time.

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $89.99 within the United States and Canada. Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout when eligible.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For shipments to Canada, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, and taxes that may be imposed once the package reaches the destination country. These additional charges are collected by the relevant carrier or customs authority and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to the nature of our products, there may be restrictions on shipping certain fragrances that contain high concentrations of alcohol. We comply with all shipping regulations regarding hazardous materials.

Shipping Address Changes

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been processed for shipping, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.

Lost or Damaged Packages

BUBBLY SCENTS LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been delivered to the address provided by the customer. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to our customer service.

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and products and contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.
