This Return Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for returning products purchased from BUBBLY SCENTS LLC. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase, and we have created this policy to make the return process as smooth as possible.
Return Eligibility
You may return items purchased from our website within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition
- The original packaging is intact and undamaged
- All tags, labels, and accessories are included
- You have proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or order confirmation email)
Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees for returns that meet our return policy requirements.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please:
- Return the original item for a refund
- Place a new order for the desired item
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by contacting customer service. After this time, you'll need to wait for delivery and follow our return process.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened, used, or had their seals broken
- Fragrances purchased as part of a discounted bundle or promotional set (unless the entire set is returned)
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom products
- Sample-sized products
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
- Digital products or downloadable content
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team at sales@bubblyscent.com or call (210) 323-9741 within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning your items.
- Package the items securely in their original packaging along with the RMA number and return shipping form.
- Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer service team.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as you receiving an incorrect or defective item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
Return Processing Time
Once we receive your return:
- We will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return requirements.
- Returns are typically processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
- You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label or arrange for the item to be picked up.
- Once the return is authorized, you can choose between a replacement or a full refund.
International Returns
For returns from Canada:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
- Please mark the package as "Returned Merchandise" to avoid additional customs fees.
- The return process may take longer due to international shipping and customs processing.
Holiday Returns
For purchases made between November 1 and December 31, the return period is extended until January 31 of the following year.
